Cachette French Bistro & Creperie to Open in Bethlehem

by theelvee_w2oe3m

Chef/owner Rafael Palomino and co-owner Juan Carlos Paredes are opening Cachette, a French bistro and creperie next door to their current restaurant Tapas on Main at 504 Main Street in Bethlehem.  This space was formerly occupied by Seasons, an olive oil and vinegar shop, which has moved one storefront down.  The new restaurant will utilize Tapas on Main’s liquor license and will include a sidewalk café in front of the eatery, according to filings with the PLCB.  The team also owns and operates Mesa Modern Mexican in Easton.  A request for comment from the owners was not immediately returned, but we will update with more information as it becomes available.
