Molto Pazzo in Bethlehem Closes

by theelvee_w2oe3m

Molto Pazzo, an Italian restaurant located on Main Street in Bethlehem, recently shut its doors.  A sign on the door reads, “Dear customers, thank you for patronizing my restaurant.  I look forward to serving you at my next location.”  There’s no indication of where the next restaurant might be, and the restaurant’s website has been taken down and a phone call went unanswered.

Owned by husband and wife Ralph and Staci Caiazzo, the restaurant first opened in November 2011 and featured a wide array of Italian dishes.  Prior to Molto Pazzo, the space housed Olio, another Italian restaurant, and prior to that Bonte, a waffle and cafe chain. We’ll keep you updated with any new developments for the space.

Hi,

I hear that Hardball Cider will open a tasting room at this location. Can you check this out?

Hardball will also be opening at the Allentown Farmers Market.
