South Side
Sorry South Side, once again I’ve got no picks for that side of the river today.  But Gary Clark Jr. is playing, so you should probably check that out.

North Side
All Our Exes Live in Texas – Oddly enough, this Sydney, Australia based band sang on Kesha’s single Praying that she belted out last night.  Their folky sound has landed them on tour with the likes of The Backstreet Boys and Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats.  They hit the Volksplatz stage at 3pm.

Val Astaire & the Communion – This new project from Brian Joyce, formerly of the excellent pop punk band Major League, has a poppy, 80’s synth sound that is infectious.  They take the Main Street stage at 4pm today.

Trouble City All-Stars – A Bethlehem favorite, these locals play roots reggae rock that is as chill as it is fun.  Come and groove along at Plaza Tropical at 6pm.

Sixteen Jackies – This Philly group has a sound that ranges from serene to wailing, and their wild, experimental music videos make me think this is going to be an interesting show.  They play Main Street at 8:30pm.

And finally, here’s the playlist of today’s bands for your perusal:
