Cosmopolitan, the posh dinner spot in center city Allentown is gearing up to open their rooftop cocktail lounge for the spring, offering one of the best views of downtown.

Warm Sugar, first reported on in February, opened up late last week in Hellertown.  Let the cupcake devouring begin.

Anjin, which we’ve been following, on Lehigh Street in Allentown, also opened up last week offering cheap Asian fusion food.

The previously-reported-on Five Star Cafe on Schoenersville Rd in Bethlehem has indeed taken on a new name:  Bistro Burgers and Kabobs.

Hops at the Paddock at 1945 W Columbia Street in Allentown will officially be open for business again on Tuesday, April 12th at 11:15am.  They say upgrades to the spot will be slow, so don’t expect an entirely new place when you first walk in.
