The Mint on Broad Street in Bethlehem will have it’s soft opening tomorrow and will open fully for business on Monday.

PJ Welihan’s new location in Bethlehem is taking shape and hiring is in progress.

The Galaxy Diner on Union Blvd has opened up.

Banderos has replaced Montana West on 309.  They’re now open apparently.  There was no cars the first two days or so and yesterday yielded some traffic.  They haven’t rebranded yet and the only indicator of a new business is a trailer-sign out front.

The Farmhouse will be opening a satellite eatery above Grammy Smith’s in the barn behind the restaurant called The Hay Loft.  Sources say they’re currently interviewing for chefs.

Whitey’s Grille at 639 Linden in Bethlehem will be replaced with Savaa’s Gyro and Grill.

It appears as though a sustainable concept named Horns will be coming to 123 W 4th in Bethlehem.  The owners, Sarah and John Silvestera has tried to open something similar in Easton’s College Hill but were faced with zoning issues.

Pearly Baker’s Alehouse in Easton is rocking a new chef and a new menu.

Plaza Bistro in Bethlehem has extended their hours to Mon-Weds 10:30a to 4p, Thurs-Sat 10:30a to 8:30p and introduced a spring/summer menu with new panini, salads, and sandwiches.

Cosmopolitan in Allentown is opening their rooftop bar today which includes new cocktails and menu items.
