Leaf Cigar Bar in Easton is hosting a Weyerbacher beer dinner on Wednesday, April 11th. Brewery reps will be present and each diner will receive a gift from the brewery. The dinner is $69.99 per person and includes five beer pairings, four courses, and two cigars (a Hammer & Sickle Robusto and an ORTSAC Bulletproof Toro). The menu is below:

Tender duck Confít and barley pearls tucked into a hand crafted pastry shell with caramelized shallots, roasted garlic, and braised collard greens finished with sweet and sour yogurt sauce and fresh cress tendrils.

Red Wheat Berry Salad
Red winter wheat berries tossed with wild rice, toasted pecans, and cranberries and green onions tossed in a honey, Dijon, and lemon vinaigrette served over ribbons of oak leaf lettuce.
Paired with Weyerbacher’s corked and caged Merry Monks Belgian Golden Ale, 9.3%
Braised Lamb Shank
Slowly braised hind shank of Australian lamb presented over mashed parsnips with espresso infused natural glace and stained glass spinach leaves.
Paired with Weyerbacher’s Heresy Oak Aged Russian Imperial Stout draught, 8%
Chef’s signature recipe devil’s food brownie infused with Weyerbacher’s Heresy imperial stout crowned with raspberry balsamic ice cream.
