Bear Creek Mountain Resort is hosting a Spanish wine and tapas dinner on Wednesday, September 19th at 7pm on their outdoor deck.
The $65 dinner includes a variety of wines and tapas courses listed below:
First Course Tapas:
Toast with roasted tomato, white anchovy, and olive salad
Deviled egg with smoked paprika and sea salt
Classic Spanish potato and egg tortilla with aioli
Paired with: Torres Sangre Del Toro White and Museum Crianza
Second Course Tapas:
Baby octopus salad with potatoes, pickled carrots, cauliflower, peppadew, red onion squid puree
Paired with: Paco Y Lola Albarino and Rosea Wine
Third Course Tapas:
Manchego-stuffed date wrapped in bacon
Braised pork belly with Sherry vinegar glaze
Seared scallop with Romesco sauce
Paired with: Gran Reserva

TBD paired with Torres Aqua D’Oro
The dinner will be curated by a representative from Southern Wine & Spirits who will be discussing the wines throughout the evening. Tickets for the dinner must be purchased online here prior to September 12th.
