Prime Steak House Wine Dinner

From somewhere we don’t hear about too often, Prime Steak House in Bethlehem is holding an Edna Valley Vineyard wine dinner on January 18th at 6:30pm.  The dinner is five courses and costs $35 per person.  The menu is as follows:

 Grilled mahi mahi skewers with a mango and peach chutney
Edna Valley Sauvignon Blanc
 
Fresh broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, onions and peppers sautéed in garlic butter
Edna Valley Chardonnay
 
Grilled pork chop with a bruschetta based sauce, featuring tomatoes, onion, garlic, and basil.
Edna Valley Merlot
 
Filet medallion en bleu placed on a bed of sautéed spinach.
Edna Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
 
Cchocolate mousse, garnished with fresh berries, to finish our wine tasting.
