Daddy’s Place Restaurant Coming to Easton

Daddy’s Place, a new Middle Eastern cuisine restaurant, is in the planning phase for the former Northampton Glass business at 650 Northampton Street in Easton.

The property, now under ownership by Sharbel Koorie according to a recent Easton Patch article, will no doubt undergo extensive renovations to turn it from the eyesore it is today into an ethnic eatery.  At contention in a recent Easton Planning meeting was the restaurant’s liquor license, which Koorie faced questioning about.  He plans to have take-out craft beer options at the new restaurant in addition the restaurant.
