The Brew Works is once again hosting the Fegley’s Whisky Festival, a celebration of delicious whiskies from across the land, from the United States to Canada, Ireland, and Scotland. Not only does the festival feature a variety of drams to be had, breweries also bring bourbon barrel-aged beers to sample. Food is provided with your ticket price and this year includes honey bourbon BBQ ham, cornmeal-rolled catfish over rice, bourbon pulled pork on a crostini with smoked mozz, grilled peach and bourbon BBQ pulled port, cornbread with honey and butter, and a flambé station with peach, bourbon, and pecan raising foster over vanilla ice cream.
