The Taza Truck Food Truck to Launch on March 22nd

The Taza Truck, a new Egyptian food truck in the Lehigh Valley, will be serving up dishes starting March 22nd, according to their Facebook page.

The truck, owned and operated by two PhD-wielding university professors and administrators who share a passion of cooking, will start serving on the 22nd at the 6-Pack Shop at 1635 Broadway in Fountain Hill.

Menu items for the truck include chicken shawarma, Egyptian fried chicken, hummus, kofta sandwich, kushari, red lentil soup, sagook, taameya sandwich, eggplant salad, and a variety of other ethnic dishes, including gluten-free and vegetarian options.

The truck will also post their location on the Eat Street and Roaming Hunger apps for fans to find their latest locations, as well as utilizing Facebook and Twitter.
