Bethlehem Star Cafe Now Open

The Bethlehem Star Café has opened on Main Street in Bethlehem in the space formerly occupied by the Confetti Café, which closed in February of last year.  The restaurant is owned by Marina and Sergei Yaralov, who also own and operate the Yaralov Gallery next door.  The restaurant is open from 9am to 7pm Tuesday through Saturday and 9am to 3pm on Sundays.  The completely renovated interior features a more spacious dining room, a stone fireplace, hard wood flooring, wooden accents, and large wooden beams.  Yaralov’s artwork adorns the walls.  Check out the breakfast and lunch menus below:

Breakfast
Two eggs any style with home fried potatoes, choice of breakfast meat, toast, and coffee – $8

Bethlehem Star Omelets (served with home fries and toast):
Spinach, tomato, and feta topped with a warm cucumber tomato relish – $10
Bacon, caramelized onion, and cheddar, served with a bacon ale cheddar sauce – $10
Crab, asparahus, and gruyere, served with hollandaise sauce – $13

Egg Sandwich – two eggs served with choice of breakfast meat and cheese.  Served on a brioch roll, croissant, or toasted wheat, rye, or white bread – $7

Eggs Benedict:
Classic Benedic – Canadian bacon, poached eggs, and hollandaise sauce – $11
Benny Lox – house cured gravlox, poached eggs, dill hollandaise sauce – $12
Mushroom Benny – sauteed mushrooms, poached eggs, and roasted garlic hollandaise – $12

Broiche French Toast stuffed with fresh berries.  Served with pure maple syrup, apple or berry compote. – $11
Blintzes – sweet cheese-filled crepes served with pure maple syrup or berry compote – $10
Pancakes – three pancakes served with whipped butter, pure maple syrup, apple or berry compote – $9
Organic Steel Cut Oatmeal with golden raisins and honey – $6
Greek Yogurt Parfait – vanilla Greek yogurt with house made granola, berries, and honey – $6

Arugula and Goat Cheese Salad – baby arugula, goat cheese, cherries, and toasted sweet and spicy walnuts.  Tossed in Sherry vinaigrette – $8
Spinach and Beet Salad – Baby spinach, roasted beets, bleu cheese, and garlic croutons.  Tossed in a roasted tomato vinaigrette – $8

Salmon BLT – Thinly pounded salmon with baby arugula, marinated tomatoes, and bacon on toasted ciabata roll.  Served with lemon caper aioli. – $12
Prime Dip – slow-roasted prime rib sliced thin with cheddar onion horseradish cream and roasted shallot au jus. – $12
Mushroom, Onion, and Gruyere – sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions, gruyere cheese, and roasted garlic sauce – $12
