Looper’s Grille and Bar, which opened in 2004, shut its doors on July 11th after selling the restaurant. The restaurant has been on the market for at least two years and was recently listed for sale for $100,000. Co-owner Natalie Miller left the restaurant in 2013, leaving her ex-husband, Paul Miller, to run it. The restaurant was known for their large martini list and Martini Club and won multiple awards in various Lehigh Valley publications over its duration. The new bar, called Southside 313 Bar & Grille, will be operated by William and Suzanne Dech according to the liquor license transfer.
