We recently found out that The Brew Works will be bottling a wild fermented version of their flagship beer Hop’solutely. It looks like they’ll also be bottling another one of their wild yeast beers, Funky Monkey, this year. This beer utilizes a ‘wild’ brettanomyces yeast to delivery a funky, slightly tart finish to the brew. The base beer is a farmhouse saison that comes in around 7%. Previously the beer had been draft only. The new bottles will come in a 750ml corked and caged format.
