Emeril’s Chop House Hosting Caymus Wine Dinner

Next Tuesday, May 1st, Emeril’s Chop House at the Sands Casino is hosting a wine dinner featuring Caymus Vineyards.  Chuck Wagner, the owner and winemaker, will be present at the dinner.    The dinner starts at 7pm and is $95 per person and includes four courses, wine pairings, tax, and gratuity.  To reserve call 1-877-726-3777.  The menu is below:

First Course
Mustard-crusted duck
Green tomato, spiced brioche, vanilla

Second Course
Pan-roasted black cod
Lamb toerelloni, sweet pea, swiss chard

Third Course
Dry-aged PA strip loin
Spring mushrooms, ramps, black truffle, potato

Fourth Course
Tasting of rhubarb
Rhubard sorbet, rhubarb beet mousse, rhubarb juniper pudding
