New Blues Jam On The Way

Not long after I opened my big mouth in an OpEd piece about the Artsquest RiverJazz and Furnace Blues Festivals, Blue Mountain announced the resurrection of Pocono Blues Festival to be reincarnated as the Pennsylvania Blues Festival.

As I mentioned in my previous article, I hope this doesn’t lead to oversaturation of music festivals in the area, leading to people choosing one over another.  Hopefully all three festivals will go off without a hitch, but I’ll be interested to see attendance numbers for all of them in the fall.  Feel free to share your point of view and opinions in the comments, I’m intersted to hear what others think.
