Oliverio’s, a new pizzeria and sandwich shop has opened at 201 Mechanic St on Bethlehem’s South Side, which formerly housed the Jire Bake Shop. Their menu contains a variety of different pizza options including napoletana, margherita, vegetarian, chicken Caesar, BBQ chicken, salumi, prosciutto and arugula, primavera, Hawaiian, meat lover’s, strombolis, and calzones. Their panini options include caprese, turkey/brie/apple, portabello & goat cheese, turkey & Swiss, avocado turkey, and tuna.
