Sagra Bistro in Hellertown to reopen today

Sagra Bistro in Hellertown is celebrating its grand reopening today at 4pm after going through extensive renovations following an accident earlier this year.  Back in June a pickup truck crashed into the six year old restaurant causing extensive damage to the facade.  Since then, owners Jim Zebert and Robyn Cavallaro have been repairing the front as well as making additional changes to the interior.  The menu has also changed, but has retained old favorites like the Sagra cheese torte and the $15 filet mignon special (now daily).
