Next Friday, November 15th, Divine Dining will be catering a Harvest Dinner at the Sun Inn in Bethlehem. Chefs Kevin Spiegler and Justin Bortz will serve up a four course menu at the historic in for $50 per person, BYOB. The doors open at 6:30pm and dinner is served at 7. The dinner is one of the few the inn has done since acclaimed chef Michael Adams left in the spring. Tickets for the dinner can be purchased here and the menu for the evening is below:
First Course
Pumpkin coconut cream soup, brioche, cinnamon croutons
Second Course
Duck confit ravioli, fig compote, organic root vegetable cream
Entrée – Third Course
Faroe Island salmon, sweet corn fritter, Liberty Farms baby golden beets, black garlic demi
Dessert – Fourth Course
Pumpkin roll, Troegs stout ice cream, vanilla bean sauce
