The Hamilton Kitchen, a new venture by former Melt and Blue partner Donny Petridas, is hosting soft openings tonight, Saturday, and Sunday in anticipation of their full opening on Monday, July 7th. The restaurant’s chef, Drew Stark, is a Johnson & Wales grad who worked at Paramour in Wayne. The General Manager, Jason Lonigro, was a long-time GM of several Emeril’s restaurants both in Mississippi and the Bethlehem Sands locations. The Hamilton Kitchen will be open from 4pm to 10pm tonight, 4pm to 11pm on Saturday, and 4pm to 10pm on Sunday.
