The Colony Meadery is gearing up to release Pie-Eyed Granny, a new 16% ABV cyser, a blend of apple cider and mead honey wine. The meadery used local cider from Scholl Orchards in Bethlehem and added in a blend of pie spices to develop a unique holiday-themed drink. The cyser will be packaged in 375ml bottles and will be available for purchase at the meadery. We’ll keep you updated with more information on release details as they become available.
