The culinary team over at Bolete in Bethlehem have their plate full with a variety of different events in the coming months, including a celebration of their 5th anniversary. On the day of their anniversary, October 27th, they’ll be donating all of their proceeds from a dish (TBD) to the Trinity Episcopal Soup Kitchen in Bethlehem.
They’ll also be doing a series of dinners as the days get colder. Each dinner will feature a different farmer and using their provisions to cook their meal. The first dinner is taking place on October 31st at 6:30pm and features four courses for $55 per person (tax/optional beer/wine pairing not included). The first farm featured will be Salvaterra Gardens from Alburtis, who specialize in organic produce. Another dinner will be held on November 28th with the featured farmer to be determined.
