This Saturday Social Still distillery in Bethlehem is releasing its first ever aged bourbon this Saturday at noon. The bourbon is the third aged spirit they’ve released, joining a barrel aged gin and a rye whiskey in their Barrel Room Collection. Dubbed “The Vault,” the 90 proof bourbon was aged in 15 gallon new American oak barrels for approximately six months in Social Still’s vault left over from the building’s former days as a bank. Less than 500 bottles of the bourbon will be released and will cost $50. For more information check out their website and Facebook pages.
