Hotel Bethlehem is hosting a fall mead dinner with our friends at Colony Meadery on Wednesday, October 29th. The dinner, which features four courses paired with four meads, starts at 6:30pm and is $65 per person (sans tax/tip). In a press release, Hotel Bethlehem’s chef Michael Adams commented, “As someone who has enjoyed mead for many years, I’m happy for its current resurgence, and am excited to have a meadery in the Lehigh Valley. Partnering with Colony Meadery has challenged out hotel’s culinary team to create unique pairings with their high-quality mead, and will allow us to expose our guests to this delightful beverage.”
