George Thorogood, singer of a song that defines many of our nights (“One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer”), will be heading to the Sands Event Center on August 2nd. Thorogood is most known for his hit “Bad to the Bone”. Spanning 16 studio albums Thorogood has racked up six gold and two platinum albums. His latest release, 2120 South Michigan Ave, was released last year and hit #3 on the US blues charts. Tickets are $39.50 to $59.50 and go on sale May 11th.
Octogenarian comedian Don Rickles will be performing at the event center on July 12th. Rickles, known for his many appearances with Johnny Carson on the Tonight Show, still performs frequently in Las Vegas. He released a memoir, Rickles’ Book in 2007 and has stated he has no intention to retire from touring, despite is 85 years of age. His comedy usually takes the form of insults, ranging from audience members to celebrities. Tickets range from $55 to $75 and go on sale May 11th.
