Ralph and Staci Caiazzo, the restaurateurs behind Bethlehem’s Italian restaurant Molto Pazzo on Main Street, are opening a new Mediterranean eatery right next door.
Mr. Caiazzo, according to his bio on Molto Pazzo’s website, has owned several Italian eateries over 35 years ranging from pizza shops to sit down restaurants. The husband and wife team took over the spot after former Italian restaurant Olio shut down.
