The Hotel Bethlehem is commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Titanic sinking by holding a dinner where they serve the same meal the first class passengers enjoyed the night the ship sank.
The dinner will take place on April 20th at 7pm in the grand ballroom. The evening will feature a variety of memorabilia from the ship, guest speakers, and music throughout the evening. Although the dinner appears to be quite abbreviated from what the actual (insanely decadent) dinner was, it gives a good glimpse into the past. The meal is $100 per person and reservations are required by Monday, April 16th. Reservations can be made by calling 610-882-0450 x10. Proceeds will go to preserve the 1741 Gemeinhaus and the 1762 Waterworks. The menu is below:
