Two Rivers Brewing Company in Easton is releasing its first bottled beer today starting at 5pm. This beer, a creation of head brewer Josh Bushey, is a saison brewed with Belgian yeast and aged in chardonnay barrels with wild yeast, lending a funky flavor to the beer. There’s only 432 bottles available with a limit of 6 per person at $18 each.

While Two Rivers is still working on setting up their own brewing system, they went down to Perkasie to collaborate with Free Will Brewing Company on a cherry blossom wheat beer. Hanami, a Japanese word associated with the custom of admiring cherry blossoms, is now on draft at Two Rivers and is also available around the area in 12oz bottles wherever Free Will is sold.
